Ein weiteres Jahr ist vergangen und wir hoffen, es war erfolgreich und es geht Euch gut. 
 
Unsere Jahreshauptversammlung 2023 findet am 22. November um 19:00 Uhr virtuell in Google Meet statt. Den Meeting-Link und die Login-Informationen werden wir ca. zwei Wochen vor der Versammlung versenden

1. Begrüssung durch den Vorstand
2. Genehmigung der Agenda
3. Präsentation Bericht des Vorstands
4. Bericht des Schatzmeisters und des Prüfungsausschusses
5. Genehmigung des Rechnungsabschlusses und Entlastung des Vorstandes
6. Die Ernennung des Rechnungsprüfungsausschusses
7. Vorlage und Genehmigung des Haushaltsplans für das kommende Vereinsjahr bis zur nächsten ordentlichen Generalversammlung
8. Wahl der Mitglieder des Vorstandes
9. Zeit für individuelle Vorschläge und Bemerkungen

Another year has passed, we hope this invitation finds you well.
 
Our 2023 annual general meeting will take place on the 22nd of November at 19:00 h virtually in Google Meet. We will provide to you the meeting link and the login information around two weeks ahead of the assembly.

4. The reports of the Treasurer and the Auditing Committee 
5. Approval of the accounts and discharge of the Board of Directors
6. The appointment of the Auditing Committee
7. The presentation and approval of the budget for the coming Association year until the next General Assembly
