President and Co-Secretary: Claudia Meyer (CBAP)
Als sehr erfahrene Business Analystin mit über 20 Jahren Projekterfahrung (vor allem im Bereich Pharma und Elektro/Maschinen-Industrie) ist es mir sehr wichtig mein Wissen, sowie meine Begeisterung und Passion für die Business Analyse weitergeben zu können.
Als neues Mitglied des Vorstandes werde ich die bereits begonnen Arbeit fortführen und dazu beizutragen unser BA Community zu einem großartigen Ort zum Lernen, Austauschen und Treffen zu machen.
Together with the other Board members Claudia ensures the adherance to IIBA and Chapter bylaws and polices, she prepares and chairs the chapter board meetings and secures that the chapter has a strategy and business plan. She also represents chapter at events and in IIBA Global meetings.
"Having worked in the field of Business Analysis (mainly in the area of Pharma, Electro- and Maschine industry) for over 20 years, I feel a great passion for Business Analysis and would like to share my experience and enthusiasm to support the IIBA ZH chapter.
As a new member of the board I will work on continuing building up the chapter and expand our BA community into a great place to learn, share and meet."

Secretary and Co-Treasurer: Asmaa El Assal (CBAP)
Seit 16 Jahren als Business Analystin in verschiedenen Bereichen wie Automobil, Telekommunikation und Versicherung tätig. Die mehrjährigen Erfahrungen in der Business Analyse waren auch mit den Rollen «Projektleiterin», «Product Owner» und «Releasemanagerin» begleitet.
Es bereitet mir eine grosse Freude, mich an die Weiterentwicklung der BA Community zu beteiligen und ein Teil des Chapter Swiss German zu sein. In diesem Zusammenhang möchte ich gerne dem bisherigen Vorstand danken. Es war mir als Mitglied des Chapter eine grosse Ehre mit ihm zusammen zu arbeiten.

Working as a business analyst for 16 years in different sectors like automotive, telecommunication and insurance. The several years of experience in business analysis were also accompanied with the roles of "Project Manager", "Product Owner" and "Release Manager".
It gives me great pleasure to be involved in the development of BA Community and to be a part of the Swiss German Chapter. In this context, I would like to thank the previous board. It was a great pleasure to work with them as a member of the chapter.

Treasurer and Co-President: Ralf Fahney (CBAP)
Ralf ist Business Analyst aus Leidenschaft. Mehr als 30 Jahre Erfahrung in IT-Projekten für Grossunternehmen führten ihn in seinen jetzigen Rollen: Senior-Projektleiter beim Asset Manager einer Versicherungsgruppe und CTO bei einem Startup. Wir freuen uns, ihn mit seinem Finanz-Hintergrund als Schatzmeister bei uns an Bord zu haben.
Douglas Adams’ "Per Anhalter durch die Galaxis” inspirierte sein Denken: Und alles kann ganz anders sein. Am besten wissen das die Mäuse.

Ralf is a business analyst by vocation. More than 30 years of experience in IT projects for large enterprises led him to his current roles: Senior project manager at the asset manager of an insurance group and CTO at a startup. With his finance background, we are pleased to have him on board with us as Treasurer.
Douglas Adams' "Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy" inspired his thinking: And everything can be very different. The mice know this best.

If you are IIBA® CBPA or IIBA® CCBA certified, participation as a volunteer allows you to obtain CDU points which are necessary to extend the duration of your certification.
