When I say «I do business analysis», what do I mean? In my practice I met and taught so many people using this term for anything but what I really had on my mind. Let’s revisit the basics and see who a Business Analyst is and who is not. We’ll walk through the Business Analysis Core Concept Model^* that defines a conceptual framework for the business analysis profession to: align on concepts, learn to speak the same language and explain it to the others. The conversation will be seasoned with the examples from practice.
