SWOT analysis applied – Current practice at Baloise IT Switzerland
SWOT analysis has been discussed a lot in the 1990s as a means for strategic planning in organizations. BABOK® picked SWOT analysis up very early as a business analysis technique also to support evaluation of solution options.
